Survey on the ICF Core Set for Deafblindness
Deafblind International is calling on all deafblindness experts. Your participation is very important for a study in the ICF Core Set for Deafblindness project. This study, called “Experts Survey," serves to identify aspects of functioning and contextual factors of people living with deafblindness from a professional perspective, using the International Classification of Functioning as a reference.
This study seeks individuals providing direct health or rehabilitation services to persons living with deafblindness, from any background, such as rehabilitation, audiology, optometry, nursing, social workers, educators, interpreters, medicine, etc. Participants must be over 18 years old and must have at least 2 years of experience working with people living with deafblindness. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Experts who are willing to participate are asked to fill in an online survey which comprises:
- A small explanation and context about the ICF project and data management.
- Questions related to the profile of the expert (demographics, area of work, profession, etc.).
- A series of open-ended questions about how they perceive the functioning, environmental and personal factors of people living with deafblindness.
Please respond by the end of November 30th, 2022.
