Deaf-Blindness for Early Intervention Practitioners Course
The Virginia Early Intervention eLearning Center is offering a free self-guided course for early intervention providers with content that focuses on the identification of infants and toddlers with combined vision and hearing loss (deaf-blindness), key instructional strategies, and developmental domains. The selection of resources was guided by the Council of Exceptional Children’s Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Recommended Practices.
This course is available to anyone (even those outside Virginia). In order to access the course an account will need to be created on the VEIPD eLearning website.
