Maurice Belote from California Deaf-Blind Services presented with two of his community programs colleagues (Martha De La Torre- Parent Specialist for the Long Beach Family Resource Center & Julie Bernas-Pierce- Program Director for the Blind Babies Foundation) on how their partnership has increased child find and services for families of children with combined vision and hearing loss.

This one of several webinars being offered to state projects to have the opportunity to collectively engage in discussions to further national efforts to more effectively identify children who are deaf-blind at an earlier age.
