Sam Morgan

Samuel Morgan has worked in the fields of blindness and deaf-blindness for 25+ years as a care provider, teacher, O&M specialist, and administrator of preschool and early intervention programs for children who are blind or deaf-blind, but chiefly as a technical assistance provider and project director within the Deaf-Blind TA Network. In addition, he serves on several nonprofit and foundation boards. As director he oversees TA activities project wide, several initiatives, and internal project and fiscal management.
