In addition to working on NCDB's Transition Initiative, Ellen Condon is the Director of the Montana Deaf-Blind Project and transition and employment projects for youth with disabilities at the University of Montana’s Rural Institute. She is also a consultant with Marc Gold & Associates and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the Office of Disability Employment Policy at the U.S. Department of Labor on the Employment First State Leadership Mentor Project.
